A-COLD-WALL* offers a 14-day return window from the date of delivery for all full-priced items provided they are in original, unworn condition with all industrial tags attached. We aim to ensure a seamless post-purchase experience that reflects our commitment to utility and precision.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Access the online returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

• 2.
  Prepare Shipment

  Place the items in their original protective packaging, ensuring all technical hangtags and branded dust bags are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and securely attach it to the outside of your package, covering any previous delivery markings.

• 4.
  Dispatch and Refund

  Drop off the parcel at your nearest authorized courier location; once inspected at our facility, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
